In a unique trend reversal, the client wanted to move their popular eCommerce platform to a brick and mortar store. They engaged our team to plan and design an online-to-offline retail engagement experience for their consumers.
Our strategy was to re-create the seamless digital experience within the client's flagship retail store. This involved the end-to-end implementation of experiential technologies such as in-store digital touchscreens that allowed consumers to drag and drop into a digital cart, Multitaction tables that projected onto the retail walls and a green screen experience linked to their social platforms.

This brand collects thousands of reviews and was looking for a way to enhance the customer experience in-store.
Leveraging the power of peer-to-peer review aggregators and the use of experiential technology platforms, our team developed an end-to-end user experience for the brand's consumers.
First, we integrated the reviews into digital cards that customers could sort by product lines. Then, we built in-store interactive kiosks for customers to use while waiting for promoters to attend to them. We also custom built a smart widget across multiple touchpoints that allowed customers to answer a series of questions before recommending the best product for their skin type and lifestyle.

The client found that their in-store promoters have a hard time keeping up with their new range of innovative products. During peak periods, it was nearly impossible to engage with all the customers present in-store.
To enhance the customer experience, we leveraged the use of AR technology. Customers could view all the functions of the different products in detail and interact with the various parts of each product. We also created in-depth 3D videos that explained how different products were designed, what their uses were and how customers would benefit from their purchases.
By providing customers with crucial information at the point of consideration, we ensured higher sales conversions and provided the client with a much needed digital tool for their in-store promoters.

Leveraging the use of motion-sensing technology, we custom built an end-to-end customer experience for the client.
Customers could engage with a digital trivia through hand and body gestures, before linking their responses to a web-app that they could then share on their social media platforms. This gamification experience leveraged customers' naturally competitive instincts to improve in-store and online engagement in a unique and fun way.
Crucially, the digital engagement provided the client with a new stream of digital data. This enabled them to analyse in-store engagement, data that was not available before, and implement new strategies across all physical and digital touchpoints in the customer purchasing journey to enhance the overall experience and improve conversion rates.
